With the advancement of human space activities, solar wind in interplanetary space has significant influence on aviation and space exploration. In order to study the effect bring out by solar wind when it passes on the space environment, and prevent solar wind from disturbing the wireless communications, satellites and destroying the ground power grids, pipelines and other large structures. So we attempt to establish mathematical model of solar wind and carry out research on simulation of the solar wind. By studying the causes of the solar wind and its mechanism of transmission and magnetic interference, in combination with the existing theoretical basis, we establish a mathematical model of the solar wind. In order to save the real-time solar wind data, research and develop the distributed database based cloud storage system. We render a computing power platform with a billion times for high performance in computing cluster come true for the convenience of further scientific research. In building a distributed database system, we need to solve the safety and consistency of distributed databases, namely, how to achieve data synchronization in each site of distributed database by design, so in real-time data consistency of the site can be ensured, so that the performance of simulation platform can be improved radically. So the research of the implementation mechanism of data synchronization in distributed database is of great scientific significance and application value.The key to solve the distributed database data synchronization is to have real-time access to the data in sites of the non-distributed database synchronization, formatted and sent them to the site database to be synchronized, updating a copy of the data to achieve data synchronization. At present, though there are quite a lot of methods to solve the distributed database data synchronization, most of them are designed for a specific project or the development of large database vendor charges for its own middleware products, such as: The application of ETL and XML-based distributed database Synchronization suggested by Dai Wanrong in waterway fees levying in Hubei Network Information Management System, DataSync of Syware and so on. These technologies are not applicable in distributed database of the solar wind system simulation.In this paper, upon the full understanding of the needs of solar wind system simulation in distributed database, aimed at solving the key problem of data synchronization in distributed database, the following aspects of research and innovations are made:1) The key technology of distributed database system.2) Asynchronous communication mechanism of network data, working principles and flows of SQL Server database and related centralized transaction processing technology.3) Construction of distributed database data synchronization method and XML-based data exchange mechanism.4) Message mechanism, multi-threading technology under windows.5) On the basis of the true situation of solar wind system simulation, researching theoretically and practically, designing and implement ting of database synchronization mechanism in solar wind system simulation.Throughout the whole simulation experiment, SQL Server database is applied in background and developing on the basis of NET platform, after running tests, this mechanism can make the solar wind system simulation achieve real-time data synchronization in distributed databases.
