As the ballistic missile and other weapons of mass destruction coming out, the first choice of the strategic defensive is destroy them during their flight. To search, identify accurately, track and high precision target designation is the primary task to intercept the time-critical target. At present, how to recognize the target rapidly and accurately becomes a world problem. Through excavating the large amount of information located in different regions and collected by different detection equipment is a kind of development trend to identify the target. To analysis large amounts of data requires a database system for support. Therefore, the time-critical data service architecture on the distributed system is the key to solve the problem of data processing and data synchronization among large-scale detection equipment.In this article, through analysis the distributed data service system for early warning of time-critical targets. Focus on the requirement of the real time data access response, the consistency of important data in different node, the reliability and expansibility of system service. Carry out the research of data synchronization based on in memory database technology, and the research of failover and load balance based on the technology of database cluster. This paper analyzed the present situation and the implementation principle of these technologies. Implement real time data access response and data synchronization based on the data replication technology provided by TimesTen. Using Oracle RAC architecture to ensure the reliability of the system, Implement the application with no single node failure and load balance under high concurrent access. Through the combination of TimesTen and Oracle RAC can obtain the scalable platform architecture of real time data service system.The paper also based on the distributed architecture of data service that designed above. A prototype system in experimental environment has been build. Through the necessary test, verified its feasibility and provide technical support for the application on project.
