In the recent30years, the countries all over the world promote the country’s economic level through the development of the industry, increasing the consumption of fossil fuels largely, and burning large amounts of fossil energy also caused serious environmental pollution, so the developed countries began to make use of new energy to solve the energy shortage and the pollution problems when burning it. At present, the main way is using the wind and solar power to generate electricity, as the wind and solar energy distribute unstably, we need to use Wind-Solar Hybrid Power technology to provide stable power. In order to ensure the system works in a long-term stability environment, we must design a Multi-channel data acquisition system mornitoring the key data in real time.In this paper, according to the actual needs of complementary power generation system,we do theoretical analysis and program design, make use of sensor technology, testing technology, electronic technology, computer technology, and RS485bus technology developed the multi-channel data acquisition system of the power training platform.The acquisition system is using two independent single-chip control system to acquisite data and display, the main circuit board is mainly using to the signal acquisition, conversion and transmission, the display circuit board is mainly using as receives the digital signal processed and display on the digital tube real-time.ATmega64microcontroller is using as the core controller, the current acquisition module use ACS712linear current sensor to sample current signal, and the measured value is achieved through the ATmega64on-chip A/D conversion of the analog-to-digital signal and data processing;voltage acquisition module is using pre-adjustable precision resistor voltage divider circuit, and adopt external A/D converter chip convert analog signal into a digital signal,then send to single-chip for further processing; temperature acquisition module is using the Dallas DS18B20single-bus digital temperature sensor to collect temperature;illuminance measurement module is using TAOS digital conversion chip TSL2560to acquisite illumination light intensity. The whole system is using the RS485communication interface to communicate with the display panel, the host computer.The design of multi-channel data acquisition system is developed for the simulation of wind and solar power training platform, after six months of field applications show that the system is stable and reliability.
