With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology,big data technology and artificial intelligence technology,wireless sensor network technology has become more and more widely used in various fields such as smart agriculture,smart production,smart medical treatment,and smart tourism.However,in outdoor,dangerous rock and other application scenarios,traditional power supply methods such as mains,photovoltaics,and batteries cannot provide a reliable and continuous energy source for wireless sensor networks.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of outdoor nodes,a non-single energy source Small power supply design has important research value.Solar energy and wind energy are currently the most widely used renewable energy sources,which are relatively easy to capture.At the same time,the wind and solar hybrid power generation system technology scheme is relatively mature and cost-effective.Therefore,this paper uses wind energy and solar energy as the energy source of small power sources.This article takes the small-scale wind-solar hybrid power generation system as the research object,and set the power as low power as 6W and below.By setting up an experimental platform in the laboratory,testing and analyzing the characteristics of the wind and the factors affecting the wind in the breeze scene;independently designed and implemented a small wind turbine,and based on MATLAB simulation to model the breeze generator and analyze it in depth Based on the output characteristics of the breeze generator,four MOS tubes and four capacitors are used in series and parallel to design a high-efficiency quadruple voltage rectifier circuit to achieve Through the analysis of the characteristics of photovoltaic cells,fuzzy control is introduced into the conductance increment method algorithm,and a maximum power point tracking(MPPT)algorithm combining conductance increment method and fuzzy control is proposed,which improves the tracking Speed,reducing the system vibration problem during stable operation;finally,based on the Proteus software,a low-power wind and solar hybrid power system was designed and simulated,and the breeze generator,photovoltaic battery array,4 times voltage synchronous rectification,and maximum power were designed and simulated.Perform simulation and data analysis on the output voltage of key modules such as point tracking control and storage battery.The experimental results show that a small wind turbine can effectively process and store the captured energy,and the wind-solar complementary power supply can meet the power supply requirements of wireless sensor nodes,which provides a certain reference for the power supply system of wireless sensor nodes in actual scenarios.,Has good application value.
