With the scientific outlook on development raised, The utilization of renewable energy has become an issue at the moment. As an inexhaustible renewable energy and wind energy and solar energy play a positive role on the general remote areas.Wind and solar power, all belong to the scope of the green energy. They have non-polluting, abundant reserves and the use of a wide range of advantages. However, compared to other green energy for wind power, solar energy has certain uncertainty in the use of scenery generation hybrid generating system, because of the uncertainty of wind and solar power would make the quality of power generation was severely affected, if the load is also a time-varying, then the entire power system would be more difficult to control, based on the above reasons, making the use of wind and solar energy to be more difficult than other types of green energy use.Paper summarizes the scenery complementary generation and its control technology in the development of our country in order to off-grid wind-solar hybrid power generation system overall program design, scenery complementary study of the various components of the system. In this paper, wind generators, batteries, solar energy and made a theoretical analysis of control equipment, introduced the system's overall design; planned system software control strategy, the last of the scenery complementary system, installation and debugging to make a detailed description.
