This paper mainly focuses on Wind-Solar Hybrid Streetlight SCADA System Based on Wireless Communication. Wind energy and solar energy is totally real pure energy, but on account of their randomness, it does need an integrated monitoring system to supervise the real time parameters. However, the SCADA system used mostly nowadays use wire communication. Due to damageable and high cost, it is hard to expand and give steady maintenance to the wind-solar hybrid streetlight. This paper describes a method to use GSM network to replace wire communication to build up the monitoring system by analyzing data transfer speed, network relay, network safety and remote visit method. Put forward a wind-solar hybrid streetlight monitoring system structured by using field-bus and wireless communication technique, make up monitoring software which is used for wind-solar hybrid streetlight, and finish the software and hardware design. The test system was completed at laboratory, and the result is in line with expectations.
