?Environmental problems, due to large-scale use of fossil fuels, are becoming increasingly serious, and the concept of Low-Carbon Economy had been proposed, whose core is clean energy and emission reduction technology. Water, wind and solar are renewable energy with commercial development value now, and all can be used to generate electricity.Wind and solar have the shortage of uneven distribution on time and space, but Wind-Solar Hybrid Power can solve this problem. Off-Grid Wind-Solar Hybrid Power System is the currently common form, used to supply power to remote mountainous areas, islands and grasslands.Effective monitoring is necessary to the normal operation of Wind-Solar Hybrid Power System, which requires data acquisition system. Data acquisition is defined as it automatically collects electricity or electricity signals from sensors and other equipments, and sends signals to computer for further analyzing and processing. Data acquisition system includes sensors, signal conditioning circuit and microcontroller.In this paper, hardware circuits and software of a data acquisition system for Off-Grid Wind-Solar Hybrid Power System are designed, based on theory analysis. Data acquisition system is constructed based on C8051F330 which is SoC type microcontroller, making full use of the multi-channel and high-resolution ADC of C8051F330. Use nRF905 wireless module to carry out the data transmission, according to the characteristics of distributed power system. Use 32-bit microcontrollers LPC2103 to achieve data reception and data processing, and sending data to the host computer.A description of system testing is made, and every part of system testing is successful, indicating that system design is reasonable, meeting the system's technical requirements.
