As a key prop indrustry, real estate has imporant position in our national economy. The basis status of our national real estate is the great distribition of the building and the quick change of the price. So for the purchaser, how to get the information of the building is extremely important, even being the main factors of whether the purchaser can buy the real estate with low price.Based on the above problems of the real estate, the thesis studies the application method of the special information and the attribution informant(such as price, position) in real estate. The information of the real estate can visually display to the users.For the proper of visually displaying of the real estate, the thesis analyzes the problems facted by the purchaser in the process of the purchasing of the house. On the basis of the requirement analysis of the real estate markey, the resolve of using Google Maps to the rear estate markey. Using ASP.Net as the development platform and on the second development of Google Maps, a real estate markey based on GIS is designed and implemented.The detail design of its function models is performed. The main functons of the system are building information management, basic dada mangement, building inquiry, range inquiry, periphery inquiry, house resource inquiry, and driving route inquiry. With Chengdu as an example, the functions of the real estate markey based on GIS is implemented.For enhancing the effection of 3D virtual display, the 3D Max and SkeetchUp are used in the modelling of 3D virtual display. To 3D virtual display, the models are introduced to Google Earth. Finnally, the functions of basic data management, building information management and special data management are implemented.
