Data Organization And Data Management Of Real-Estate Surveying And Mapping Information System Based On GIS

Recently with the development of information industry, series of "digital estate" projects spring up in the Real-estate Administration Bureau. After all, any transaction in the field of real-estate management origins from real-estate surveying and mapping information. Therefore, it is the only way to another real-estate application software that we must develop a set of information system which can manage real-estate surveying and mapping information. At present, there are many of real-estate surveying and mapping software which nearly have been developed based CAD technology. Cartography is on the purpose of the CAD-model system. It is very difficult to manage spatial data and attribute data together if we divide information into two different types and manage them respectively. Finally it lead to bring GIS into the Real-estateinformation industry--to build a real-estate geography information basic platform.Firstly, we must set up basic spatial database for real-estate industry, which can locate buildings, qualitate door, demark blocks and quantitate floor space. Furthermore, realizing "digital estate" projects in the Real-estate Administration Bureau and industry is built on the rock because of building a basic spatial database for real-estate. Especially, it benefits another general application based on GIS. The key to build an applied GIS is to solve data organization and data management effectively, which imposes on constructing system successfully.It is known to us that how to organize and manage bottom data is core of developing GIS application system. It is critical to a successful system. We do some research theoretically and practically. At first, we analyze status and problem from present real-estate surveying and mapping software. Then choose homemade GIS platform—MAPGIS. Following, a B/S and C/S mixed mode is available during general design. We realize data organization and management effectively through applying some of key technologies such as oriented-object method to analyze and design; GIS database technology, graph database management technology, spatial data virtualization, version control and long transaction treatment and so on.We do some creative research as follow:1. We choose a pure-relation database manage model to manage data. Then design spatial data model for real-estate surveying and mapping industry based MAPGIS after analyzing data type and process during basic-surveying and project-surveying.2.
