In recent years, our country has been researching about the third-generation Image Intensfier, which about the Image Intensifier's resolution, SNR and noise factor. This paper describes the Image intensifier and the MCP's current development,and discusses the electron scattering is the main reason about the resolution of the image tube.Based on the theoretical analysis, the characteristics of the ion-preventive feedback film were stimulated by Monte Carlo's electrons trace simulated program in solid and ions transport program, through Monte Carlo simulation to simulate the membrane voltage changes on the micro-channel plate with the back scattering of electrons in electronic and film relations.And this paper is used the Runge-Kutta algorithm to calculate the trajectory of the electron scattering by calculating the results with the simulated data to analyze how to improve the graphic resolution of the problem.Finally, the micro-channel plate electron scattering is the main factors and analyzed of the formation.
