The main contents of this paper has the following sections:a comprehensive summary o f the development status of the Night Vision microchannel plate works as well as anti-ion fee dback film theory. Monte Carlo method to simulate electron scattering analysis of anti-ion fee dback film of the incident electron transmission properties, to establish physical models suita ble for low-energy charged particles and anti-ion feedback membrane interactions; Anti-ion f eedback film is given through testing and simulation the composition, structure, thickness an d working conditions of the three generations of shimmer image intensifier image noise impa ct of the law, the anti-ion feedback film simulation effects of image noise characteristics. The main purpose of this article is to provide theoretical and technical support for the three genera tions of low light level performance optimization of the image intensifier is anti ion feedback film. Since the composition of the film, the thickness, the atom density, and other parameters of the anti-ion feedback is considered in the simulation process, it can affect the overall noise factor related factors.
