Research On The Video Image Transfers Technology Based On 3G Communication Platform

With the third generation mobile communication technology developed rapidly and growing maturity, and based on the third generation mobile communication platform, wireless video transmission technology will be widely used in various fields.Relying on the key project of the provincial Science and Technology Department, using the embedded system to the core of ARM microprocessor, the paper designs a video image transmission system model based on the third-generation mobile communications platform. Among them, this paper makes a detailed study and design to the hardware and software systems. Meanwhile, this new generation of video compression standard H.264 and the standard implementation in the transmission process programs are also conducted in-depth study and achieve the combination of next-generation video compression standard H.264 and embedded systems.According to the analysis from the final experimental test results, wireless transmission of video image data based on 3G network is basically completed in this design.
