The Research And Realization On Wireless Video Transfers Of Passenger Information System In Subway

At present, the problem existed in our subway running is the passenger oriented equipment. It is not convenient to passengers because of the ambiguous guiding. They usually ride by mistake or stop at one place for a long time. It is indispensability to subway auto control system for its bright sign and self-contained passengers oriented equipment. Therefore, passenger oriented equipment which combines computer technology and multimedia communication technology emerges as the times require.Through analysis on function and design of passenger information system in subway, this paper studies and realizes real-time transfers of video and audio Information in subway wireless network.It is the core to video and audio transfer for passenger information system in subway. Through the research of MPEG series standards, this paper makes advanced analysis about MPEG-2 package and multiplex and adopts MPEG-2 encoding to transfer video and audio information. It brings forward the wireless video transfer method which fits for the subway condition. It also makes sure the realization and performance target on video news/DVD program and TV monitor function in vehicle, which is successfully simulated in underground tube in Lab.
