Analysis And Implementation Of Fixed-Line Billing System

As the development of telecommunication industry and society, new technologies and business have been implemented in recent years. All telecommunication service providers propose new requirements to the recent network and technologies implementation status. The principle of "business-centric, customer-centric" forces services providers to develop the diversity and individuation telecommunication business and the intense competition of telecommunication industry force service providers to supply more choices of telecommunication service to meet the raised service requirement. Meanwhile, the proportion of telecommunication consumption increased in total consumption. Along with consumer psychological matures, the consumption of customers has been more national. Customers increase concern about the tariffs of telecommunication services and are eager to receive information about real-time cost in detail. Thus, both accuracy and efficiency of real-time charging from telecommunication service ensures the quality of business development and the trust of customers.Different from real-time charging generation of China Mobile Communication Corporation, monthly-billing model of existing fixed network (fixed telephone service) system fail to control customer real-time credit and fail to clear the real-time cost which easily lead to generate large amounts of bad debt and controversy. Especially the original off-line acquisition approach in the existing fixed network links more manual intervention and increases the possibility of bug occurrence which is unable to predict exceptions in system and significantly limit the quality of telecommunication service. For better service and less income lost, it is significant to enhance the development of real-time charging system. The real-time charging system entirely relies on programs to automatically acquire information, reducing manual interventions in system stages. This system also prevents manual overload and resource abuse, enhances system's efficiency and quality and finally achieves daily-billing model to ensure customers inquire their cost on time. This study introduces real-time acquisition charging model of existing fixed network system, compares the existing model with the model proposed in this paper and analyzes the collected real-time charging system. This paper also summarizes the collected charging processing module and related principles in detail and proposes the daily-billing implementation module based on the previous analysis. Firstly, this study summarizes the fixed network real-time charging system and its further direction. In addition, based on the analysis of the previous off-line collecting module of fixed-line collection charging process, we discuss the merits and norms of the system designing and the model of existing collecting charging system. Subsequently, this study analyzes the principle of charging system and related designing model and explains the processing module of charging system. Then, this study proposes the analysis of collected charging function in charging system, including the process and limitations of CDR collection, transmission, formatting, pretreatment, rating, stock and benefit processing, accumulating accounts and other related account joining processing. The analysis of the development of fixed network day-billing function will be summarized finally.
