According to the technical patterns, transmission mode and profit model, this artiele analyzes the types of network media, and concludes the network media forms. Through analysis of "qingdaonews.com","PPS","QQSpace","baidu.tieba.com","kaixin001.com","taobao.com"and "world of warcraft" 7 cases,it explore the relationship between the transmission mode and profit model of network media in different age of internet.It finds that technology innovation drive the development of network media, changing information dissemination way. Transmission mode changes from mass communication to mass-decentralization dissemination.,and user-center form the Internet of interpersonal communication mode. Network media profit model is also out of the "content is king, rely on advertising" and entered the the new age that profit pattern rely on user interaction.With the rapid development of Internet, enterprises become media, media also turned into the Internet. Its freedom and vitality overturned the traditional media. On the one hand,everyone business and investment crazy, on the other hand, it can't profitable.The new requirements is Breaking through the traditional sense "media", expanding perspective, interdisciplinary thinking of network media studies.Based on the papers of CPVIP and CNKI from 2008 to 2011, and the database of Iresearch, CNNIC and ChinaLabs, this article summarizes the 7 categories of network media: networked traditional media, video network media, blog network media, SNS, search engines community,E-Commerce and network game.This article chose "qingdaonews.com","PPS","QQSpace","baidu.tieba.com","kaixin001.com","taobao.com"and "world of warcraft" for further cases tudy.Here are four parts, six chapters.The first part is first chapter—introduction.It builts the relationship between the technical mod, transmission mode, profit model in webl.0 -3.0 times..The second part is second chapter. It discusses how to define the network media, introduces the development of network media, and made the audience analysis and value analysis. The third part is the main part of the article,incuding Chapter3\4\5, whitch divides network media into Webl.0, Web2.0, Web3.0. The fourth part is the sixth chapter. It summarizes and prospects the development direction of the network media future.
