Research On Construction Of Chinese Drug Safety Credit Files

As we all know, drug safety issues directly affect people s lives, and related to the country's long-term stability and sustainable development. Over these years, our government attaches great importance to drug safety issues. In order to establish and improve the system of drug safety and security, our government took many measures and made great efforts and also achieved some success. However, in recent years, the field of drugs is still instable, and the situation of drug safety is still very severe.On the other hand, the credit file is a new format of file with the development of economic. As a new file format, it attracts much attention in the field of the research about file and economic. Credit file is of great significance for the construction of social credit system, and it has unique advantages in the regulation of drug enterprise.This article combines the drug safety issues and the concept of credit files from the perspective of archive research, and point out that it is a positive and useful exploration to solve the problem of drug safety by establishing drug safety credit files.The focus of this paper is to solve two problems:First, what is the drug safety credit files and what it contains, the unique advantages and the specific role it plays in drug safety management system; Second, how to build drug safety credit file management system. The paper points out only by the government, archives department, drug companies, credit intermediation, and the masses working together, can we built a scientific and perfect management system which will provide more protection of drug safety in China.Specifically, this text is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction. This part introduces the purpose, the significance and research status of this study in our country and abroad. The second part is an overview of drug safety credit file. In this part, the author wants to explain the meaning of drug safety credit files, and introduce its content and features. The third part is the discussion of the construction of drug safety credit files. It contains the necessity, the significance, the working principles, difficulties we face up and solutions strategy in the exploration of construction of drug safety credit files. The last part describes the way to build the management system of drug safety credit files. In this part, there are two main topics. One is the main participants of this system. It is pointed out that the government, archives department, drug companies, credit intermediation, and the people who work in this field should work together to play a good role in the system. The other is the entity of files it contains in the system.
