The Design And Implementation Of Weifang Rural Credit Cooperatives' Files And XinTong Card Management System

Recently, as informatization of commercial bank and rural credit cooperative is increasing, the former document management centered in the business and account cannot meet current need of business and management. At present, each commercial bank all take the document management system which is centered by customer and management as emphasis aim of informatization construction in bank area. Ensuring standardization and centralization of document is one of contents of ensuring omnidistance and all net service. Accordingly, as the platform of files intelligent management, the development of files management system can ensure the standard management of files and improve the quality of management and service.The main contribution of this paper is that the customers adopt C# language and C++ language in the business logical layer in the system of file and XinTong card management. Moreover, the system is based on the C/S frame, and the customers can visit this management system through local area network. The paper puts forward the useful solution in several important and difficult problems.The development of this system combines the modern software need inspiration and RUP development mode. On the one hand, it uses smart thinking to deal with uncertainty of management of files and XinTong card. On the other hand, it enlightens obtains mature business from the angle of microcosmic with several enlightening technology. The system adopts C/S frame in technology, realizes three layers framework, which is proscenium client, background server business logy and data bank service layer. The client adopts C# language, and business logy layer adopts C++ language.This paper firstly analyses the background and meaning of system development. By comparing it with other files management system at home, the paper spots the problem and shortcoming of traditional file management system construction. The paper determines the business mode and core business of file and XinTong card management system, describes briefly the whole situation of the system, describes the need analysis and frame design of system in detail, analyses and designs the procedure simulation business in detail, and finally describes the exact achievement of representative module.The main achieved function module of the system includes uniform production of public file, bulk data input and flexible hand-made, synchronizing to each business system, file querying according to several condition to quire and output result, file synchronization, centralizing management system and business system, file checking centralizing files in management system to examine file in business system, file backup and recovery, automatic or manual, log record and query, including producing, backup, synchronization, check, logining log and data designed, operation cancel and rollback, business system linking examination and permission etc. The design and implementation process of the system is standard. The system also researches and discusses the UML and C/S frame system. Meanwhile, the ability of application development is also improved remarkably, so the system has strong research ability.As the development of file and XinTong card management, the system will be improved from the angles of business and system in the under-development area. And then the interface of system is more friendly, the inter communication is more humanity, query, statistical and decision support function will be stronger, which is the aim of system improving.
