Design And Implementation Of Supervision And Inspection System For Drug Safety

The core content of drug safety is quality control and rational medication. The supervision and administration of the drug safety of medical institutions have become particularly important, as the problems of drug safety are attached much more attentions of the masses. Too much manual operation was taken into the traditional inspection; limited work ability of those inspectors leads to lower standardization and quality of the inspection; in addition, due to misunderstanding caused by communication, we find lower work efficiency and asymmetric information problems. All these problems illustrate that the traditional check pattern is not suitable to the requirement of the informationization of current drug safety.Response to these problems, in this paper, we integrate informationize methods with the supervision and inspection of drug safety. Considering the requirements of the actual work, finally, the supervision and inspection system of the drug safety has been realized. The author participates in completing following work.1. Design the architecture, database structure and function modules of the system based on the analysis of business requirements of drug security control operation flow.2. On the basis of system architecture design, using NHibernate+ASP.NET framework, accomplish the development of Drug Safety Oversight System, which consist of several function modules, such as basic data management module, inspection plan management module, statistical analysis module and so on. Robustness of the system and friendliness of user interface are both taken into consideration.By using this system, we can minimize manual operation and communication cost, improve work efficiency, and also eliminates the information asymmetry between different departments.3. Based on Drug Safety Oversight System, using ADO.NET framework, develop a client-side for assessment, which is a WinForm program installed on the laptop of those inspectors, which consist of several function modules, such as check item module, statistics and collection module. According to the law enforcement plan, the whole inspection process will be divided and put into several hierarchies, in order to make the grading process more standardized. In summary, this system provides an informationize mode of management with rigorous logic and simplicity, which realize the informtionization of the supervision and management of the drug safety, greatly remedy the deficiency of traditional work and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of the drug safety supervision. The operation results show that, the system is the one with high stability, reliability and practical value.
