The Design And Implementation Of Food And Drug Safety Supervision Management System For Jining

In order to ensure that the publics’ food safety and drug safety, Jining Food and Drug Administration should intensify reform of food and drug safety supervision and management system. Management of Jining Food and Drug Safety Administration and outside duty work is relied on manual scheduling and artificial communication which is obsolete and wasting manpower. Secondly Jining Municipal Food and Drug industry is developing rapidly, food and drug safety incidents also emerging at times. The existing food and drug safety supervision and management system play an obstructive role in the current supervision work due to the incomplete functions, a new food and drug safety supervision and management system is ought to be established to solve these problems.The mobile terminal of Jining food and drug safety supervision and management system is built on Android system as well as the PC terminal uses B/S mode and enterprise-level J2EE architecture. The whole system is realized with the help of Struts +Spring+Hibernate framework technology and relational database SQL SERVER 2012.Jining food and drug safety supervision and management system is divided into mobile terminal and PC terminal. Mobile law enforcement function which covers scene enforcement, scene forensics, integrated query and system setting is implemented in the system. Scene enforcement includes recent cases, site survey and case inquiry. Scene forensics includes using a cell phone camera shooting scene evidence. Integrated query includes business query, health certificate query and announcement query. System setting includes parameter settings. GPS status and APN settings. PC terminal covers enterprise information management, case management, statistics management, system management. Enterprise information management includes enterprise basic information management, business integrity management, employees management and positioning monitoring function. Case management includes cases handling management, case information check, case investigation management. Statistics management provides information query and analysis such as information query and analysis, drug data query and counterfeit drug searching, personnel location query, such as information statistical analysis, cases of three rate statistics accepted statistics and penalty statistics. System management includes menu information maintenance, organization management,role information management,role menu management, employee role authorization and maintenance of employee details.The implementation of the system can improve the efficiency of Jining Food and Drug Administration and provide a strong guarantee to rectify food and drug industry. It also provides a new direction for the reform of food and drug safety supervision and management and improves overall image of the government.
