In recent years,China has continued to grow and develop in the field of information technology,especially in the application development and construction of the Internet.At present,the construction of e-government has become an important factor in the eomprehensive eompetitiveness of a eountry and a region.Personnel business management is the main work of Quzhou's human resources and social security department,which is related to the vital interests of the city,s public officials.The construction of personnel management system in Quzhou will provide high-quality and effieient information services and technieal support to create a new situation for personnel and personnel work.Based on the research background of the personnel service management of Quzhou Municipal Bureau of human services,this paper designs and develops the personnel business management information system of Quzhou,which is in line with the work flow of the personnel business management of the city of Quzhou.In this paper,the characteristics of the personnel business management process and the development trend at home and abroad are studied and analyzed.In the process of demand investigation and analysis,the main functions and business processes in the personnel business management process are summarized,and the use case analysis and design of the system function are carried out on this basis.JAVA is used as the development language and the design idea of MVC is used to divide the system function module.The system uses the framework structure of Strus+Spring+Hibemate to manage all levels of the system.The database adopts the OraclellG,the middleware uses the WebLogic,uses the JSP technology to realize the front desk,designs and implements a personnel business management information system based on the B/S architecture mode.It has completed the functions of organization management,post management,personnel increase,personnel reduction,salary management,inquiry statistics and system management.And tested the various functional modules of the system.The use of Quzhou personnel management information system improves the work efficiency and management level of the personnel salary management department of Quzhou,and improves the cooperation and public service level of the human resources management departments at all levels.On the other hand,it meets the needs of the modern personnel management and the reform and development of the wage system.The system adopts the design mode of business process,and uses the more advanced technologies and ideas.The implementation of the personnel management information system in Quzhou provides a reference for the research and development of the personnel information system in other provinces and cities in China,and makes an important supplement to the domestic related research.
