Research And Implementation, Personnel Management System Based On The Architecture Type Of Vocational Colleges

With the innovation and development of the higher education, it puts forth higher and more requirement on personnel management in universities. Establishing a modern system of personnel management information, supported by information technology and network technology, is an important fundamentally works in the team construction of staff in universities. It is also the precondition of realizing the modernization of personnel management and scientific decision in universities.The following contributions are made:1. This paper analyses and researches the relevant technologies about realizing the system of management information in detail and puts forward methods of software design based on Architecture technology.2. According to the analysis about the existing system of personnel management information, including organization structure, users'requirement etc, and the operational model of a new system is put forward.3. According to the requirement of strengthening the computerized management of personnel information in the Personnel Department of Liming Vocational University , this paper puts up the design and development of personnel MIS.4. The system can provide exact and comprehensive data and analysis result for personnel management and improve the work efficiency and quality as well as validity and reliability.The software platform of the system is Microsoft SQL Server7.0, which is a RDBMS based on Windows. The program design adopts BUSSINESS X3, which is visual and object-oriented. The system of personnel management information possesses such advantages as simple operation, better practicability and friendly interface.
