The Design And Implementation Of The Integrated Management Information System For Community Correction Based On J2EE

Nowadays,community correction has been paid more and more attention by our country.However,the management of community correction workers in Haidian District is becoming more and more difficult.In the development of science and technology,the comprehensive management and supervision of community correction workers through community correction comprehensive management information system is currently main management tools.The existing community correction comprehensive management information system that Haidian District have has been unable to meet the needs of Justice to manage the community correction workers,the system hardware and software have been derailed,and can not be intact with the new electronic products.Based on the actual situation,this paper needed to build a J2EE-based community correction comprehensive management information system for Haidian District.The implementation of J2EE-based community correction comprehensive management information system was based on B/S architecture and SSM framework,and SQLServer2012 database was used for the integrated management of system data.System APP development used the semi-open Andriod.System code was mainly wrote in Java language.And the system interface was wrote with Html.The system achieved functions of positioning management of prisoners,prisoners management,electronic file management,data statistics and analysis and system management.Positioning management of prisoners included positioning monitoring management,electronic fence management,fence rules setting,SMS management,alarm management,key regional monitoring,call management and labeling management.Prisoners management included reception and execution,supervision management,assessment of rewards and punishments and lifting correction.Electronic file management mainly included file management of prisoners,file management of prisoners out of control,file management of prisoners missing control,file management of recidivists and file management of prisoners stopping correction.Data statistics and analysis mainly included data graph analysis and data statistics and output of report parameter.System management mainly included the management of the staff file,the management of the APP log record,the system reminder management,the management of work reminder and the management of the APP personal center.The system took the largest use of existing resources to complete the original design purposes,and solved the problems of the original system about vulnerabilities and the lack of functions.After the application of the system,the management of community correction workers can be more comprehensive and systematic,which greatly improving the efficiency of the judiciary and saving a lot of manpower and material resources.
