With communication technology and the rapid development of electronic technology, the signal frequency continues to increase. At the same time, with the rapid increase in high-speed circuit applications, high-speed devices and high-speed chips are more widely used. Design technology of high-frequency digital circuit systems are very complex, especially large-scale, ultra-large scale integrated circuits are increasingly used in circuit design system, the integrated scales of the chip and the device is increasing, while the volume is growing Small, pin count is more and more increasing, so frequency is. Consequently signal integrity problems are becoming more and more prominent, cause more and more attention to the engineering field. Thus, in today's rapidly developing field of electronics and communications design. As electronic systems composed of IC chip is moving into the direction of rapid development, that is small volume,large Scale,high frequency. This will lead to a serious problem, namely, the smaller size of a electronic design led to the wiring layout of the circuit density grows louder, and this same signal frequency still on the rise, So that the problem of how to deal with high-speed signal design can be a key factor of success.The topic focus on the research of high-speed circuit board signal characteristics, preferred arrangement of lines, and to analyze the signal integrity issues. In this paper, at first introduces the research background of the signal integrity, then introduces the functions and use of Cadence software. And introduced high-speed circuit board design method and the use of Cadence software for high-speed signal integrity simulation, to measure waveforms and related data for detailed quantitative analysis. Through high-speed signal lines on the circuit board of adjustment and eliminate interference, the output signal obtained the best results.
