Three-net integration refers to the integration of telecommunications networks, cable TV networks and the internet. The telecommunication network will evolve into broad-band communication network, while, the cable TV networks will evolve into digital television network, and the internet will evolve into the next-generation internet. The evolution of these three networks will gradually converge in many aspects, for example, their business scope will be same, their networks will connect each other, their resources will be shared, and provide the same service to customers as audio, data, Radio Film and Television. The business of three-net integration has been developed widely in developed countries. In China, the departments of telecom and radio film and television had already launched the business; however, it's still in the start-up phase due to the uncertainty of benefit allocation.During the start-up phase, operators and cable TV companies will encounter many problems. To solve these problems, preparation for business and technology must be done in advance. This paper mainly studied the whole circumstance of three-net integration, the typical business of three-screen interaction, the product and the technology.This paper discussed the basic and value-added business of three-net integration. The character of the business is that it's based on IP networks, participated by different role along the industry chain, faces to the various of customer needs, develop abundant of business which is loaded by dozens of terminals, as well as high bit-rate, high bandwidth, and high concurrent. To achieve the above function, the network framework must be hierarchical. This paper illustrated by the case of video business, introduced the two-level hierarchical frame of video network, including the main network element EPG, business management system, terminal management system, content management system, flow media and CDN. Three-screen interaction is the most typical business in three-net integration. Its business flow runs through the whole system of three-net integration. This paper confirmed the definition and the scope of three-screen interaction, demonstrated its five function of video, communication, life, business and entertainment in detail, and studied the detailed workflow of the five function mentioned above.At the technology aspect, this paper demonstrated the supporting system of three-screen interaction, as well as main function, and the relationship/demands with peripheral systems of three-net integration. Also, this paper designed in detailed the product creation, content produce and relevant workflow, designed the workflow of registration, cancellation and usage by end-user or supporting system.In the end, this paper concluded the key points of three-screen interaction at the aspects of business and technology, raised the potential problems and the solution suggestion during business execution.
