This paper is presented in the context of the triple play. Triple play means interactive communication which can be achieved among the three terminals, mobile phone, television and computer. However, the three terminals have their different characteristics in the information structure and interaction design, which makes the user experience among the three-screen not very perfect. To break the bottleneck of the user experience, deep exploring of the three screens' differences between information structure and interaction design is particularly essential. To begin with, the paper analyzes the elements which may affect the three-screen's information structure and interaction design. What's more, through case studies to verify the correctness of elements' extract. Then through user interviews to explore the possible user requirements among three terminals, operating habits and cognitive characteristics. On this base, established a valid persona. Giving a reasonable solution refer to the operational difficulties of television. In addition, applying the solution to the specific software design of TV video communication and exploring the interface design process and user experience's evaluation methods of TV side. In the evaluation process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied, which can quantify evaluation results and enhance the credibility of the evaluation. Finally, guiding principles are concluded for the design of each screen and research expectation is proposed for future.
