OA technology makes office and business tasks which were conducted by human before are now accomplished by modern and intelligent equipment, advanced computer technology and human-computer interaction system to abandon the traditional mode of office work which was low efficient and tedious Modern OA system plays an important role in the improvement of efficiency and quality of the office work.After the elaborative investigation and survey of San Yuan YingHui Corporation's operation and business processes, this article aims to design a set of OA system which meets the requirement of the complexity of this company's business and real-time data management.The background and the scope of this OA system are firstly introduced in this article in which the technology of the system and the demands of this company are also described. Then, a set of OA system which can fully meet the requirements of daily management of the company is designed. The new system not only meets the demands of the company's business and management, saves human resources and realizes the paperless office, but also is featured as extendibility, stability, security and operability.This article is mainly about:1. Investigate the company's daily business and management in details and focus on analyzing the requirements which is based on the company's business processes;2. According to the requirement analysis, a set of OA system which is suitable for the company is designed. 3. The system is fully tested after the impementation of the system is realized.
