In today’s user-centered service time, it is a hotspot research in human-computerinteraction that how to retrieves the required services quickly and accurately, then meetstheir needs through interaction intelligently and friendly. Existing retrieval approaches arelimited on the precision of service retrieval and the number of recall. Process ontologydescribes the process conceptually, so that it could provide good technical support for theservice retrieval. Meanwhile, the current interactive services cannot interact with the userand solve the problem like the real human service. Intelligent Agent system allows the tasksbe finished by inference dynamically, thus serve the customer precisely and efficiently.Based on this background, the paper firstly analyzes the shortcomings of bothkeyword-based and frame-based retrieval approaches, and then proposes the serviceretrieval approach using process ontology. Service itself and its all components would beplaced in the appropriate part of those ontologies, the problem is also structured. Whendefining process ontology, simple but powerful concepts are used to build the meta-modelfor the ontology. Besides, in order to locate services quickly, indexing a service comes downto placing the associated process model. In addition, this paper use similarity metric criteriaand query mutation operators to resolve the inconsistencies of model between problem andservice.Process ontology is the model of process entity which consists of service, these entitiesthese entities are composed of an interactive service which could be called complex actions.Along with the performance of them, the status of user changes constantly. In this paper, theinteraction services process was formulated defined. Complex action includes a series ofatomic actions, which execute on given flow. After given the macro definition ofrelationship between complex action and atomic action, the component model of complexaction is build, and the atomic actions in this model are defined by production. These atomicactions could be configured action parameters and logical sequence of macro definitions, and then interpreted by the interpreter. In order to perform the complex actions withdynamic inference, intelligent agent of complex action is proposed, so that these agentscould complete the problem solving by coordination and interaction with scalableperformatives of communication behavior.According to the process ontology-based service retrieval and collaborative space of the interaction action agents, this paper designs an intelligent service system byhuman-computer interaction, so that this system could provide users reliable service. At thesame time, an example is given to prove the effectiveness of the system.
