The study focuses on means and methods of organic combining Process Reengineering with Process of Informatization based the operation of Office Automation (OA) for China Gasturbine Establishment(CGTE), and impaction of Informatization technology methods on the operation efficiency of process,and the methods of improving operation efficiency of process with the theory of Process Reengineering during performing OA system. The purpose is to operating the Process Reengineering during actually performing OA system.The paper researches the means and practice with comprehensive view and value theory, and further achieve favorable effect when carrying out on some actual projects. During inspecting and identifying renewedly nucleus operation process, the study is to how to eliminate the unworthiness activity, and how to predigest or integrate unvalued added activities, so that reducing the process that is repeated or redundant, optimizing combination of valued added activities, shortening period of operation, and improving the performance of operation process. Combining Process Reengineering with Process of Informatization availably makes for the advance of operation management ability of GTE.To carry out the operation process in OA system, after understanding and analyzing roundly the foundation of Process of Informatization and the ability requirement during OA system technology selection for GTE, the paper raises the applied means. Later performing it during OA system operating, and actualize successfully Comprehensive Office Automation that will be put into application.
