Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Assets Information Management System

Management of assets information means under the help of computer techniques managing information of many aspects such as computer terminal's software and hardware,computer network,switching equipment,room facilities and servers' construction,operation and maintenance.There are various objects,and many records of different types and parameters' information of software and hardware configuration in enterprise daily information management,so how to accurately and efficiently arrange these complex information is a problem which many information managers are faced with.Aiming at this problem,having referred to related documents,it is designed and actualized in this paper that management system of enterprise assets information according to the existing information management techniques,combining with enterprise management standards.Information manager can manage daily business information conveniently,improve business processing speed,efficiency and accuracy of the query information,and quality of information management,reduce the work pressure of the workers through the form interface,so that it provides a solid platform for enterprise information construction.The system mainly includes:login management,system function management,basic table management,users and user permission management,equipment asset management,network and communication management,client management,and server management.The system digitalize and input equipment asset information,configuration information of software and hardware,information of network access point,switching equipment and others.It takes advantage of NET development platform,C#language and a free open source MySQL database platform to actualize business data query and revise of equipments and assets'information,improvement of construction efficiency and level of information operation and maintenance through object-oriented software development means such as requirements analysis,software design,software implementation,software testing,software arrangement and implementation.The paper is going to adjust and optimize the test result and workers' feedback to meet the needs of business use and satisfy the information management business personnel.The results show that the system has achieved the anticipated target and solve datamation and work electronization of information management.
