The Desing And Implementation Of The Assets Management Information System For Town

Along with the continuous promotion of social needs and economy, the assets management mode of public institutions of towns has been incommensurate to the rapid development of social economy. As to the configuration and the supervision of the assets, it is difficult to realize because of the various complex factors like the kinds of features and forms. Generally speaking, the problems of the assets management of towns are mainly manifested in the following aspects: Firstly, under the imperfect system, the various nonstandard operations in the disposal and supervision of assets lead to the low utilization of assets. Secondly, confronting the increasingly complex assets management, the professional qualifications of assets management personnels need to be enhanced. Because of the personnel issues, in some units there are often problems like the untimely, incomplete and nonstandard accounting dealing of assets.According to the above problems of assets management of towns, this dissertation proposes a solution of realizing a specialized information management of assets of towns by using computer technology(including network technology, database technology and software development technology). The major research works in this dissertation are as follows:(1) The research of the existing asset management modeThrough the investigation and research on the assets management mode and correlative system at home and abroad, this dissertation describes the related background of assets management, the defects of the existing asset management mode and the future development direction of asset management, it makes theory foreshadowing for this research subject.(2) The research of the business process of assets managementThis dissertation makes a detailed investigation and research on the business process and operation process of assets management; it covers all the business links of assets management, including the allocation, use, disposal and the proceeds of assets. Based on the research of the operation objects and operation requirements of various the business links, combining with the system analysis technology, this dissertation establishes the business model of assets management, and finally accomplishes the analysis of functional requirements of the system.(3) The design and implementation of assets management information systemBased on the requirements analysis, combining with the system design theory of software engineering, this dissertation accomplishes the architecture design, function design and database design of the system; then through adopting the software engineering technology, database technology and object oriented programming(OOP) technology and so on, it accomplishes the coding work of the system; finally, it accomplishes the test work of the system by using the software testing technology. This dissertation makes in-depth study on some aspects such as three-layer architecture, database technology and software testing technology and so on.The assets management information system for town realizes the completed tracking management for the unit assets of towns, for the accurate accounts and the standardized management of the unit assets of towns, it offers a strong guarantee.
