Application Of OA Phone Adapter

More and more Listed Companies and Large state-owned enterprises put all of attention on information and improving office efficiency. Most of these companies have their own ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning System) or OA Office Automation System Collaborative. OA has improved the efficiency of leaders scrutinizing the documents and clerks submitting documents greatly so that leaders and clerks depend on OA increasingly. However, because of the dependency of OA that it has produced inevitable problem. For example, leaders they want to have access to OA to scrutinize the documents or see that if there is an important event or else on business, they have to look for a computer with Internet access so that waste a lot of time.In the solution to the situation I have a blueprint that transplants OA Office Automation System Collaborative on the cellular phone based on a project which Laiwu Steel Group and Laiwu mobile company cooperate with. Firstly, according to the solution of the project and researching the whole function of OA, operation and Document Flow Process of OA deeply, I master the OA system in general. Secondly, search relevant materials. As the result of that I get two kinds of the way to resolve the problem. The first is WAP, it has the biggest advantages that anyone can login on the OA system by way of cellular phone which can surfing. But you obtain some information is not what you want and the show is not beautiful by the mean of WAP, the most important of that is a waste of money. The second is customizing client, in fact the way is that make OA system into an applet (like QQ) which can install on phone easily. Compared with the way of WAP, people can get what they want and interface is beautiful, speed has been raised highly.As a result, this paper focuses on the second way and introduces it in detail. The major technology is Middleware, it can transform the html response file into the xml response file then edit the xsl file to match with the xml response file in order to illustrate what people want on the phone in designed style. When finishing the testing, we can make different operating system clients to adjust to different phone. Finally, the client is able to run on the phone.The verification and simulation results all indicate that the client can agree with the requirement of leaders when they are on business.
