Design And Implementation Of Office Automation To Mobile Terminal Adapter Program

With the development of mobile services and the popularity of smart mobileterminal, a growing number of applications don’t use traditional PC access to networks,they are developed to use smart mobile terminal access the network and use on mobiledevices. So the applications are not only used on the personal computer, but also usedon smart mobile terminals.This article describes the working process of the enterprise network officeautomation (OA) and enterprise mobile application support platform (EMASP)’sbackground. Combined with automation office’s workflow steps and smart mobiledevices’ transformed on the display and web browser’s support of the website’s UIcontrols, make clear sense of the needs of the mobile adaptation of office automationsystem (OA), designed the mobile adapter’s system architecture and the website’sadaptation scheme. Through learning and researching on the website technology, we usethe HTML5, CSS5to finish the mobile adaptation of web pages, and to replace thepages’ controls. Using the jQuery scripting language to rewrite the front-end processinglogic of the page, modify the original processing logic can not adapt mobile deviceoperating triggering event. Combined with the HTML5offline caching and web storagemechanism, we finish the network status detection and offline information operationfunction. Analysis of the data font page filling patterns, we finish the interface serverdesign. The server provide the accessing to the enterprise inside network, accessing theintranet applications, caching and restructuring the data for the front web pages’requirement.In the test network environment, jointing the enterprise mobile application supportplatform (EMASP), we make the function test of the mobile adaptation officeautomation system (OA). The test results show that the front page display normally onthe mobile device, you can complete the document flow, offline synchronizationoperation and offline using the office automation. The system achieves the designrequirements of the adapter system.
