Design And Implementation Of Office Automation Systems For Traffic Police Based On ASP.NET

The rapid development of network communication technology and the Internet has beenmaking the concept of office automation (OA) obtaining universal support. Modernized OAtechnology integrates computer technology, communication technology, systematic science,behavioral science and other relative technology together, and connects them, although theymay be setup in different office devices with the help of the Internet to handle transactionsystematically so as to improve work efficiency, fasten the flow of information and make ascientific decision, which make the application of OA technology beening expanded into moreand more fields. Nowadays, more and more complicated traffic control systems, the faster andfaster increasing of information updates and traffic affaires makes the traditionaloffice-handling mode cannot meet the demand of daily traffic administration.The main purpose of this paper is to set up a model according to the demands of systemand functions, using the concept of prototype to design and implement such an OA systemfollowing the steps of “demand analysis–overall design–preliminary design–detaileddesign-specific Code programming–user’s feedback–system modifications andmaintenance”.This paper firstly explains the concepts related to OA, the research background andsignificance. And then it discusses the new technologies the OA may involve, consisting ofthe object-oriented idea,.NET technologies as well as SQL Server technologies. Meanwhile itproduces such technologies as the object model based on components, COM, the basic.NETframework, development of multi-level structure of.NET, the remote processing and dataaccess under the.NET techniques, etc. Afterwards, it puts forwards, based on the currentapplication situations of the traffic OA system, combining the lastest Internet technology,application developing of the OA system and the Internet application technologies, ansolution of the city traffic OA system, which integrates together he voice network, theapplication of OA and the roads monitoring network.
