In such rapid promotion of information technology, digital and network technologies, the radio broadcasting system are going into a critical period of change.At present, the development trend of television broadcast system is changed from the traditional manual system to the automated intelligent broadcast system. After years of investment in transformation, the camera, recording, editing and other equipment in Shandong TV have gradually realized the digitization, and the office environment achieves the network. However, the quality of a broadcast program becomes a bottleneck on the rapid development of my station. To achieve rapid and sustainable development, we need to achieve a breakthrough on automatic management system for the broadcasting station.This article describes the radio broadcast system development process in our country; According with the state norms and requirements on the digital radio network and the operational status of radio stations in Shandong, finds the common problems on the current management application and propose a solution on automatic broadcast control management system, and discusses the design and implement of the system in detail.The main research work include:Analysis on the status and the deficiencies of the Shandong People's Radio digital network system, including system performance, security, stability and so on. Directed towards the problems on the original system, design broadcast system solutions to meet the requirements of the development of Shandong People's Radio. Functional requirements of the system are analyzed, and according to functional requirements of the system, make technology selection for control structure and related equipment, design the system architecture, functional structure and contents of the database, propose a technical solution for system implementation, implementation steps, and take a scientific test on the efficiency of the system software and hardware. Innovation of this paper is that, from the radio digital network system mode, analyzes the deficiencies on the broadcasting system of Shandong People's Radio, using the latest computer network technology and digital audio technology, mainly focus on system security and stability, network interconnection, status monitoring, and other aspects, introduce the design and implementation steps of an automatic broadcasting management system.
