High precision vision mounter is the core equipment of electronic manufacturing industry, it related to mechanical, electronic, optical, software design and other subjects. With the rapid development of electronic industry, the placement machine is developing to the direction of high speed, high precision and flexibility. The measurement accuracy and mount speed is greatly improved by using the vision system. the mounting platform studied in this paper is also based on machine vision.The subject of this study is to build a mount experimental platform for teaching based on machine vision. This kind of experimental course allows students to study the electronic manufacturing equipment with high technology and wide application such like the placement machine while learning the theory knowledge, and learn how to apply the learned knowledge in engineering practice, this can achieve the combination of theory and practice.The purpose of this paper is to develop control software for the mounter hardware platform which can realize the function of image processing, data management and motion control. This paper takes the mount data as the main line, analyze and realize the data acauisition, storage and application.In order to develop software well, I collected a lot of relevant information and studied the mount process and data organization. Analysis sources and acquisition method of mounting data, Determine the necessary conditions for the smooth implementation of the mount work.Researched on the machine vision system of mounting platform, calibrate the internal parameters of the camera using the zhangzhengyou calibration method, which are crucial for the conversion of mount data. In addition, dveloped the image processing function of the mounter by using Open CV library and realized the acquisition of visual images. Got the center position of components and Mark points by image processing.Analized the fixed parameters of the mount machine need to be calibrated, and determined the calibration method of fixed parameters. Analized the relationship between each coordinate system of the mount machine. Determined the method of correcting the target sticking position by the above researchs.Determine the required data by analyzing the mounting process, Establish a database in Access, and then configured the data table and the fields in the tables reasonably,determine the relationship between the tables. Built on a friendly data management interface on the Windows platform. Realized the connection of database and software interface using ADO database programming technique and achieve the data management function well.
