The front room is the bridge between signal source and transmission system in the Cable TV system, it is not only the passer of the two-way communication information between signal source and transmission system, but also the manager which help the system realize all kinds of control functions. The location and function of the front room determine the important role to the Cable TV system, so it is very important to manager the front room.The traditional management methods for Broadcasting and TV front room doesn’t has a clear goal for managers, management inefficiency, deal with the problem lag, it is no longer adapt to the needs for new time Broadcasting and TV management.This paper through the research to the signal transmission process and the topological structure between the various devices in the Broadcasting and TV front room, put forward to establish Broadcasting and TV management information system. The system select the Java language and MySQL database to implementation, let the devices in the machine room break down to four modules, in the form of modularization to collect and organize information in the devices in the machine room and light node, to achieve analysis and management to the devices in the machine room and information, improve the management level for the Broadcasting and TV front room.
