It is very necessary to develop a suitable salary management system for private universities for that at present on market salary management software system not suitable for private universities personnel flexible mechanism and the characteristics of private universities, for example one position of management mode, maneuvering wage adjustment no regularity and wage structure proportion and changeful, complicated and changeable fatigue return distribution mechanism and so on. Development non-state-run university salary management system will solve the question from flexible employing mechanism and complex maneuver for distribution under way labor compensation management adaptability and flexibility.To meet the need of flexibility for this salary management, we collect and analyse possible as mining potential demand, and research the direction of development. Therefore this paper emphatically gathers requirement, analysis demand and organize the thought, to develop a more suitable system. A lot of works are done on a network voting through questionnaire survey and the data are detail analysised.The background of the system development and the present situationsalary of management are deeply analysised in this paper. The main problem of the system are summarizes and the system used by the main technology are introduced. In the design of the system, the author unified modeling language UML strictly according to the model. Architecture design part with system sequence diagram and deploy diagram system architecture, detailed design USES a relation diagram system of the static structure, with state diagram system dynamic structure. Two structure combination method C/S and B/S and Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 object-oriented development technology are used to realization of this part.Customer demand is the key for Salary management system. So Yantai NanShan University'business requirements for customer demand are analyzed systematically. The salary management institute of main business process is divided into functional requirements and non-functional requirements two parts and Use Case are used to describe the functional requirements of the description method. Through the general framework of system' function structure, the application architecture, architecture, and security architecture, deployment of design of the system, to determine the overall structure and core functions. In the concrete implementation process, fully consider the functional requirements of users, a visual interface did personalized design, but also to simplify the operation of the design purpose and the system can become concise and easy to use.There are some modules for system design, mainly basic data set salary management module, a performance evaluation module, salary management module, formula Settings module and database management module, statistics and print module, etc. Each module internal and contain several different son module, used to the realization of different functions.The salary system plays an important role in the informatization construction, solves the internal information sharing on LAN and the function calls, simplify the office process, save office time and improve work efficiency, more adapted to the salary management flexible in labor for distribution system. The system wills incentive mechanism for the harmonious campus construction work providesa strong support.
