The Research Of Archives Management For The 3rd Academy Of Casic Based On Archives Informationization Management

A wide application of informationization technologies with computer and network quickens the progress of society informationization, through which the country in the world improves rapidly the national power. Guided by the domestic informationization construction programming, the archives as base and achievements have become the focus attended by every walk of life for improving the basic management ability. More and more archivists summarize and exchange the experiences in practice to improve the archives informationization management level. The archives have the trend to informationization management.The archives informationization management as new idea and new work mode brings forward epoch challenge for archivists. The paper presents the main development phases of domestic archives informationization, analyzes the management features, and describes the problems from three aspects of hardware environment, software environment and demand. Facing the challenge, the archivists must improve the comprehensive competence. The requirements to polity and profession competence of archivists are put forward in the paper. From the historical experiences and developing demand it can be seen that the archivists are the key of developing the archives informationization management.The relatively weak development tendency in the 3rd academy's archives informationization management may caused by archivists unmatching with informationization management. Taking the archives management in the 3rd academy as example, the paper analyzes the status quo of archives and human resources management from three aspects of archivists sources, archives metier marginalization and its operation mode. According to the demand analysis and personnel deployment of archivists as well as the requirements of archivist's responsibility and qualification, the measures of archivists human resources management are put forward, for example, establishing proper examination system of archivist and training the archivists according to training demand analysis. The measures based on the current theory combining with practice are of value as guide and reference.
