In the new century, the demand of information technology from companiesbecomes stronger and stronger. As a branch area of enterprise informationtechnology, Human Resource Management Information System (e-HR) also becomemore and more popular in recent years, more and more companies are implementingor have the intention to implement e-HR in the near future. However, the reality isthat the real success rate of informationization project is not high. How to improvethe success rate of information technology projects is to become the focus ofattention.Chinese market is a very important zone to invest to development for ABI. Howto quickly integrate the business in china to achieve stable growth performance is akey consideration for shareholders.
