Research And Development Of Automated Monitoring System For Automated Storage And Retrieval System

Automated warehouse as an important transit point in logistics industry,is more and more utilized by numbers of production and transportation enterprise for saving space, saving labor and scientific management. The status of the operation of machinery and equipment in automated warehouse is alwalys needed to monitor for ensuring the normal operation of automated warehouse,so a monitoring system is used to control over site conditions, detect problems timely and solve the problems for guarantying efficient operation of the automated warehouse. Therefore, the researcher of automated monitoring system has the important value in engineering application.In this paper,automated warehouse is the research object.This paper are analized the detailed structure and equipment features of automated warehouse. According to the use of current monitoring system, a set of monitoring system is developed for the preparation of the C# language platform.First,the paper introduces the entire system of the automated warehouse and highlighted monitoring system in the important role of the warehouse.second, the paper analyzes the pros and cons of development method in the current monitoring system.Then, the paper choses the right development way under the existing conditions.The paper focuses on the characteristics and the main equipment of the warehouse,the main functions of monitoring system,and the techniques required to achieve these functions.The monitoring system is divided into four modules:communication module,data module, Man-machine interface and data storage,which involves object-oriented design,OPC technology and database technology.It is tested in the process of developing monitoring system.And it prove that the monitoring system is operating normally and the information is accuate,but there is system optimization and other issues.
