With the continuous development of science & technology and enterprise information construction in the continued implementation, product homogeneity. It is obvious that those companies which rely solely on technology and products have no competition advantage in the fierce market. More and more enterprises have been turning to customer service, while after-sales service is a key part of customer service. Customer service can not only enhance the loyalty of corporate recognition, more likely to attract old customers buy new enterprise products again and arrest new customers'joining. Therefore, whether to proceed from the interests of customers, or stand in-the perspective of manufacturers, service is very important.In this thesis, XCMG Road Machinery Co., Ltd as the background of this project of after-sales service system, through Ajax, ASP. NET, ADO. NET, Oracle database-and-other key technologies, we designed and implemented a network service system for a large-scale construction machinery by. NET platform. The system around the construction machinery manufacturing enterprises in the construction of information service products weak link, according to XCMG Road Machinery Co., Ltd. of existing service business, including the establishment of basic information management, service management and supervision of appraisal management of three major functions module, while the system network design, system architecture design, the main business process design, system information model design, database table design and system security design.Finally the existing problem and remain to improve has been pointed reference that will studied in the future.
