After-sales service is good or bad is a measure of the quality of the product(service), stability, reliability. Good after-sales service should meet the commoninterests of both merchants and customers. For product providers, strengthen ties withcustomers and get information about the product from a return visit. Only in that itcan further improve the product (service). For Consumers (customers), service isconducive to enterprise product information, advice, triggering supervision to protecttheir interests. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a systematic, efficient andcomprehensive after-sales service system.In the paper, it use management information systems development knowledgeand tools and design in line with appliance repair mode system. It base on C/Sframework design principles and reference software engineering development process.There is three main parts, it is system analysis, system design and systemimplementation. First of all, describe and analysis the current research projects on thebasis of after-sales service system development the necessity and feasibility. Thesystem draws the top, the second layer of data flow diagrams which is based onappliance repair business processes, and it use data dictionary data flow diagram for adetailed explanation. Secondly, design the system’s various functional modules fromthe conceptual layer, logic layer and the structure layer which is three levels ofdatabase design. Thirdly, it apply the Visual Basic language to complete the system.At the same time, it demonstrate the main function interface. Finally, it reviewprogress and system development process and outlook the unfinished part of thesystem.
