Research And Implementation Of The After-Sales Service System Based On SOA

The automobile industry is one of the most intense vocation and develops very quickly. Along with China's joining WTO and foreign automobile enterprises entering Chinese market,the competition of domestic automobile industry pricks up. Drived by the furious technique competition, the differences of auto products are getting slighter and slighter.In order to remain invincible in the competition, automobile manufacturers begin from the after-sales service to enhance their outstanding achievement,through the high grade after-sales service. The firms take abundant manpower and financial resource into the research on administration pattern of after-sales service and develop the appropriate admistration system of after-sales service.Because the quickly development of the enterprise and the frequent variation,it is key to research to solve how the after-sales service system can response the demands of variation operation,and how the appropriate system can be developed according to the different requirements.The paper brings forward a project of after-sales service system based on SOA, uniting the study of SOA theories,and the investigation and analysis on several after-sales service systems which is based on automobile chain cooperation ASP flatform constructed by Sichuan Institute of Manufacturing Information.The paper is arranged as follows:Firstly ,it designs the after-sales service system's framework in the aspect of technique configuration and function modules combining the specific business needs; Secondly,it carried out the after-sales service system by these levels which are database,service layer and service combination layer.It makes system respond rapidly to the changes of business by designing service layer and service combination layer separately;Lastly,the paper achieves a after-sales service system based on SOA through a instance of actual business.The after-sales service system based on SOA is loose-copule,reusable,expanded, and it discards information island completely. On the one hand,the system can deal with new business needs flexibly and respond to changes of business quickly. On the other hand it can achieve the rapid development of the new system.
