On this basis, an ERP after-sales and maintenance management system, combined with actual production, sales, after-sales, inventory, maintenance management system and future development requirement in Shanghai GuoDing digital technology company,was developed. The main contents include:1. The thoughts origin and development of ERP information management system, the principle, system structure, function and features of ERP information management thought, the key technologies, such as:.NET Framework, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and Visual c#development language, and so on, which needed in the process of realized ERP after-sales and maintenance management system development, was researched and explored.2. B/S and C/S three layer blend mode was adopted, which can separately package business logic and store in the application layer, making it independent of client and database and improving the reusability of code.
