With the scientific and technological development and social progress, especially the large-scale popularity of computer, computer applications gradually shift from large-scale mass data processing to transaction processing and workflow management, which producing management information system using a desktop computer as the core and the database management system, which apply in large-scale transaction processing and workflow management system, especially has a decisive effect in enterprises to improve their competitiveness. A good after-sales service system can directly reflect the overall level of an enterprise, but many companies are still stuck in the time of the old-fashioned manual after-sales service management, which causes many problem like business processing lag, the delay in information transmission, the high error rate and inefficient. The enterprise service management system based on B/S provide a new channel to do after-sales service information for small and medium-sized computer sales business.This paper mainly describes the whole process of the design and realization of after-sales service system requirements elicitation and analysis, system design and detailed design, system implementation and testing. According to the development of technology in current ear and the needs of enterprises system, using B/S mode, develop the system of today’s popular J2EE technology platform. Presentation layer build a interactive interface through JSP page, persistence layer depends on Hibernate framework and mapping relationship is done automatically by Hibernate. These works are greatly improving the efficiency of the system development.After determining the needs of several functions the system need, this paper mainly design four functional modules:sales processing functions, after processing functions, maintenance spare parts management functions, and integrated business processing functions. Among them sales processing functions mainly do sales record query and modification, sales statistics, sales of single-print, and modify sales single template, etc. After processing functions do the work that print dispatch and documents state flow; data entry, the documents state flow and document query after sale; records query of recent need regular maintenance; service statistics; after-sales personnel workload statistics; and complaints or proposed treatment processing, the return visit processing and audit processing. Maintenance spare parts management realize the maintenance spare parts warehousing management; maintenance spare parts outbound management; maintenance spare parts scrap management; spare parts list in the name of the after-sales staff; detail query of maintenance consumption of spare parts, spare parts out/in warehousing summary statistics. Lastly, comprehensive business processing function modules realize a comprehensive statistical, customer points statistical management, parameter settings, user settings, port settings, etc. The design and implementation of the Weifang Branh Office of Suning Appliance’s after-sales service management system can greatly promote the standardization and simplicity of the service process, and plays an increasingly important role in improving the company’s efficiency and service quality.
