Design And Implementation Of A Land Resources Information Sharing And Management Platform

In recent years, with the construction of e-government system of City Land Resources Bureau of Urumqi continues to advance, to improve administrative efficiency and public service level to the positive results. Due to the lack of unified planning and unified standard, and departmental monopoly and administrative system fragmentation phenomenon, various departments of information resources can not be shared, business system cannot interconnection, formed many "information islands", bad information resource waste and re construction. Information resources can not be shared and data standard is not unified, has become restricts our bureau e-government construction to the depth development of the "bottleneck" problem. Therefore, to promote the sharing of information resources, the e-government data specifications unified, the establishment of e-government information sharing platform is an important task of information construction of our bureau.In this dissertation, taking this as the breakthrough point, through in-depth analysis of the Urumqi city land resources informationization construction present situation and the existence question, proposed scheme of sharing the Urumqi land and resources data. Based on business requirements, the system functional requirements and non functional requirements are analyzed in detail, based on the overall design of the system, and the system structure, database, system security and other aspects of the detailed design. On the basis of these studies, the Urumqi city land resources information sharing platform, and application in actual business management. The results of application show that, the system through the process and results from business system data, realizes cross system, inter departmental information sharing, better solve the Urumqi city land resources information sharing, but also provide an important reference for other similar project construction.
