With the continuous development of China's market economic system, a variety oftraditional business began to show its inadequacies, especially education. In recent years,a variety of education reform system continued to emerge, the ultimate aim of educationand social development, synchronization, and can be used for social development,output only.Diversion of Education as the selection of education, an important way of trainingpersonnel, and its role in a direct impact on the development of education. Especiallythe problems of rural junior high school education shunt is the most prominent, thisstudy combined with existing education shunt related literature, based on the existingeducation management theory, according to the statistics and analysis of the practicesurvey data, rural junior high school education in China shunt education shunt problems,and related countermeasures from the perspective of management. The full text isdivided into five parts:Part I: Introduction, statement of research background, research purpose andsignificance of research ideas and methods and related literature review. Researchbackground from the background and my personal background, to cut into the researchtopic; purpose and meaning, as long as it is explained from both theoretical andpractical point of view; ideas and methods from the literature to the interview outlinedesign, questionnaire preparation, used as research support.Part II: the diversion of Education Overview, defined from this study relatedconcepts, theoretical foundation, educational triage policy and its implementation of thevalue of an overview. This part describes the theoretical basis of this study to preparefor the practice survey.Part III: Investigation and Analysis of Chongqing Changshou District, ChongqingLongxi secondary shunt, mainly from three parts of the survey design, survey statisticssummary and analysis, and investigation, analysis practice survey data, and analyze thedata, summary.Part IV: the existence of rural junior high school education shunt problems andtheir cause analysis, the main objective of rural junior high school education shuntdisproportionate streaming of students, reasons for dropout higher proportion the shunt student quality balanced three questions, and its existence in-depth analysis, preparecountermeasures proposal.Part V: the question of diversion of rural secondary education countermeasures,development of quality education for rural junior high school, the shunt system forselecting the improvement and development of vocational education of three modules,three angles, respectively, from the macro-economic control, school management andclassroom management, proposed solution to the problem of rural secondary educationshunt countermeasures, in order to promote education the shunt career development,education and social simultaneous development.Finally, the need to be raised, this study is limited by objective conditions, thestudy has certain limitations, conclusions for informational purposes only.
