Teacher' s ability and quality affect the quality and level of educati.on development.In this paper,the author takes rural junior high school teachers as the research object from the perspective of rural teachers' job boredom and take the planning and design of teachers' career development as the starting point to put forward some ways to eliminate or relieve the rural teachers' job boredom.This paper includes four parts.The first part analyses the negative influence of rural middle school teachers' job boredom.The second part designs middle school teachers' job boredom investigating plan.The third part collects the investigating data and analyze causes of job boredom,especially in social factor,school factor,educating object and teachers themselves.In the forth part.This paper puts forward some strategies to eliminate middle school teachers' job boredom in Baise Youjiang rural area from aspects of society,school,teachers and students.One is to improve teachers' social status and create a social atmosphere to honour the teacher and respect his teaching;pay attention to education fairness,promote the balanced development of urban and rural education;pay attention to people's livelihood and take measures to improve the level of treatment;improve one of the five teaching environment and orientate reasonable teachers' role.The other strategy is to perfect management system and create a teaching effective mechanism research;increase the opportunity for further education and give the professional guide for planning and design of teachers career development;establish and improve the incentive mechanism to stimulate teachers' working enthusiasm;strengthen the management and enhance the centripetal force of teachers' cohesion;adhere to the people-oriented,enhance the human care of teachers,building a harmonious campus Cculture,and create a good environment for education.The third strategy is to enhance teachers' ideals and beliefs,improve their overall quality;strengthen the ideological and political education,enhancing teachers' self-identity;strengthen professional guidance,improve teachers' occupation literacy;strengthen the students' special attention,to improve teachers' education ability and art.In the expectation of the whole society to eliminate poverty and improve the well-being of teachers,this paper gets some valuable suggestions in education poverty alleviation and improving rural teachers' survival and development to improve the status of junior middle school education in Baise rural areas.
