The efficiency of classroom management directly affects the effect of classroom teaching,is the premise of the smooth development of classroom teaching activities,is an important factor affecting the quality of classroom teaching.The theoretical system of classroom management is relatively rich and comprehensive,but the macroscopic theory of classroom management is not necessarily suitable for specific subject courses.Geography course has its own unique characteristics.Combining with the characteristics of rural junior middle school students,this paper explores the management strategies that are more suitable for rural junior middle school geography class.This paper based on the junior high school students physical and mental development characteristics and the characteristics of the geography curriculum,from the perspective of geography teachers,through the study of classroom management consulting literature materials,the related content,and combining with their teaching experiences,develop questionnaire,the investigation and analysis of the problems of the countryside junior middle school geography classroom management,interviews with teachers and students,in-depth geography classroom observation records,analysis summary geography students mainly exist in classroom management to do not take the geography subject,teacher’s teaching methods,students learning style single,classroom environment,classroom discipline problems,the more the class system is imperfect,lack of classroom problem such as classroom teaching evaluation.In view of the possible problems in geography classroom,the specific strategies to solve the problems are as follows: first,set up the goal of cultivating students’ core quality of geography,and integrate teaching design,students’ learning methods and learning evaluation into the core quality of geography.Second,innovate the form of geography classroom evaluation,establish the learning evaluation system based on the development of geography core accomplishment,and combine the characteristics of geography subject with the teachers and students to jointlyformulate the classroom system and timely implement the evaluation system.3.Create a strong safe and positive classroom atmosphere;The fourth is to improve the quality of geography teachers,including the teacher’s professional growth,dealing with the classroom problems of wit,optimize the language of teaching.Based on the current situation of geography classroom management in rural junior middle schools,this study finds out the problems in the geography classroom in rural junior middle schools,and strives to find out the management strategies suitable for the application in the geography classroom in rural junior middle schools,so as to provide references for teachers and new teachers in rural geography.
