The New Of Xuefuzhuyu Soft Capsule P �� Cp, Patients With Hypertension, The Pc Iii, Tgf-��1 And Stasis Syndrome Impact

ObjectiveTo observe the effects of new Xuefuzhuyu soft capsule on blood pressure,P I CP,PCⅢ,TGF--β1 and bloods stasis signs in hypertensive myocardial fibrosis.Methods120 cases of hypertension with LVMI≥112 g/m2 (male) or 104g/m2 (female), and VE/VA <1 were randomly divided into two groups, including Chinese herbed group (n=60) and western medicine group (n=60). Respectively, before treatment and after 12 weeks medication, pumping fasting blood, and by ELLISA application method, detecting the serum level of procollagen type I carboxy terminal peptide(P I CP), procollagen typeⅢ(PCⅢ), and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) were tested after 12 weeks; observe blood pressure and bloods stasis signs.ResultEach group can decrease blood pressure was 95% in traditional Chinese medicine group and 96.6% in medicine group, P>0.05. The total effective rate of improvement of blood stasis signs in two groups were respectively 53.3% and 83.3%, P<0.01. The serum level of P I CP in two groups after treatment were significantly reduced (P<0.01), and serum level of PCⅢand TGF—β1 were both reduced than before (P<0.05); compared with medicine group after taking medicine, Chinese herbed group after taking medicine has a obvious decreased level of P I CP,PCⅢand TGF-β1 (P<0.01).ConclusionNew Xuefuzhuyu soft capsule can improve signs of blood stasis of hypertensive patients with myocardial fibrosis, improve myocardial fibrosis, and the mechanism of improving myocardial fibrosis have related with reducing the level of P I CP,PCⅢand TGF—β1.
